Q: Do you take reservations?
Yes! We accept reservations from Monday through Thursday, as well as walk-ins via our waitlist. On Fridays and Saturdays, we operate on a waitlist only, no reservations.
Q: Do you offer takeout or delivery?
Yes, we offer online ordering along with takeout and delivery through our website.
Q: Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
We offer several gluten-free and vegan dishes, clearly marked on our menu. Please let your server know of any dietary restrictions, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Q: Can I host a private event at Mastra?
Yes, we have limited seating space but we are happy to make any possible adjustment to welcome private events up to 20 people.
Q: Can I bring my own birthday cake or dessert?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own dessert for a special occasion. A small $3/person plating fee may apply. Please inform us ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.
Q: Do you serve alcohol?
No, we can't serve alcohol since we don't have enough space to get a liquor license and properly store wine and liquor.
Q: Where can I park?
Plenty of free parking is available in the lot next to the restaurant.
Q: Are you kid-friendly?
Yes! We welcome families and offer a few simple dishes that younger guests enjoy. High chairs are available upon request.
Q: What does “Mastra” mean?
"Mastra" comes from the Ligurian dialect and refers to the madia, a traditional Italian kneading trough used to make bread and pasta. For us, it represents tradition, craft, and stories told through food.
Q: Do you offer authentic Italian?
Yes, we offer exclusively authentic Italian dishes prepared with the best ingredients and proper techniques.
